    New Partner for Elmhirst Parker

     

    Local firm of solicitors Elmhirst Parker is delighted to announce the appointment of a new partner.

    Katie Wright joins Elmhirst Parker in Sherburn-in-Elmet as a specialist in commercial and commercial property law.

    Katie originally trained and qualified with Elmhirst & Maxton and worked within their property department specialising in commercial property.  Three years-ago Katie moved to Heptonstalls in Goole as head of the commercial property department.  Elmhirst Parker are pleased to welcome her back to the firm as a partner heading up the commercial property department at the Sherburn in Elmet office, and to continue to provide her excellent advice and legal work to our commercial and farming clients.  Katie will take over from Richard Garner who is moving to Leeds.

    Katie said ‘I’m delighted to be returning to Elmhirst Parker as a partner in the commercial property department. My experience gained since I was last appointed to the firm has been invaluable, and I look forward to bringing my increased knowledge and experience to Elmhirst Parker to best serve our varied and growing client base.

    In addition, the Sherburn in Elmet office, is pleased to announce that Leona Walker, who has recently completed her training and qualified with the firm, will be continuing to work in our private client department specialising in wills, probate, trusts and LPAs.
