Administration Duties include but are not limited to the following, settling the deceased's liabilities, ensuring all tax (Income, Capital Gains, and Inheritance) aspects are dealt with properly. Payment of pecuniary legacies, arranging the distribution of specific legacies, preparing estate accounts and distribution of the residual estate.
